By accessing or using the DVC Digital Visiting Card platform and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use DVC. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
To use most features of DVC, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@dvc.co.in if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. DVC will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
DVC offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are available on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe). All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the refund window shown above; after that window, no partial-month refunds are issued. Contact billing@dvc.co.in for refund requests.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.), which will be added at checkout based on your location.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
The DVC platform, including its software, design, logos, templates, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by DVC Digital Visiting Card Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or business networking purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or create derivative works based on the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on DVC (your name, photo, links, bio, etc.) ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant DVC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and share your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. DVC reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12) will continue to apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DVC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DVC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL DVC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DVC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹1,000 INR.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DVC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Before filing a formal legal claim, we encourage you to contact us at legal@dvc.co.in to attempt an informal resolution.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
